PS the ideal within our criteria is preforeclosure where the Bank and Borrower are slinging legals at each other.

We can negotiate a purchase of the note and settle with the Borrower through some ongoing Borrower involvement to unwind the legals and save their credit and maybe some equity -and vacate any liens in the process -as long as the price is right.

As full service Developers,we know how to do this -tell the lawyers....
