Selling Real Estate Tip:
Potential buyers do not want to get out of their car and take a flyer, go home and look it up on the MLS, or call and ask the listing agent. They want to know about the house instantaneously. With home info using text messaging (more info at http://www.ebroker360.com ) driver-bys get the information they want when they want it, and agents receive their information so they can immediately follow up on it. This makes it easier for everyone involved.
Wouldn't you agree?

I totally agree with you that everyone wants to have quick information about the listing. I am using property management services from Hunter Rentals & Property Management, they are very quick.
