first off, i'd like to say how sorry i am for all of those that have become victims of laura lacrosse's practices. i too, was taken by her on a much smaller scale. i did some work for her and was stiffed on the the bill. besides not paying, she was bar none the rudest, most insulting customer i ever had, ever. not only was she rude to me, but she was constantly arguing on the phone with different people, whom she told me, she was trying to "help" with their foreclosures. this woman seems to have given the short end of the stick to a lot of people and i do hope she answers in court for her many misdeeds. if anyone knows the status on this creeps case, i'd love to hear it.

Please call the Attorney General's office. Tell them that you were scammed by her also. They need to know everything!!! Good luck. I hope to see you in court when the time comes. I will be the one in the front row with a BIG smile on my face.

No you stupidd cow, it was never your "good" income, it was your husbands income that made it good. You are the typical pig-sl*t who thinks men owe you a living. I bet you got child support and alimony too.
Nobody FORCED your dumb(_!_) to sign anything you couldn't afford, you made that choice. You could've rented an apt instead, but no the pig-s*ut had to have a house even though you KNEW you couldn't afford it.
Now lets hear you whine that it's all Bill Clintons fault.
You useless cow.

I think you may have mixed me up with YOUR ex-wife. I am not fat and did not gain a ton of weight during my marriage. I still maintain the size 4 that I was when we were first married. My Ex worked minimal hours while I worked 60+, drank instead of dealing with the fact that we lost half of the house to a fire, took off for days to drink while I continued to work 60+ hours raise 3 kids and deal with insurance co. mortgage co. & construction workers. When the divorce was final I was left with the brunt of the bills and responsibility because he had lost a 15 year law enforcement career and was now on probation (and still is to this day). He was not capable of dealing with anything let alone a home. I'm sorry that you are so angry with your Ex but I am not her. You do not know me.

A cow is a cow.
You are no size 4, try a size 14 MAYBE. I worked OT to support you, and you did nothing to help.
The half the house we lost to fire was my dear fat wife cooking crack for herself. Of course we had no insurance because the cow used it for drugs.
And oh yes you "dealt" with the construction workers allright. You screw*d at least 6 of them I know of. I was a victim of police harassement and forced from my job because I was dumb e3nough to buy you drugs, and got caught.
Yes dear, it's you...

Maybe you should go and have fun harassing someone that you know. I don't do drugs. I owned my own home before my ex & I purchased this one. He on the other hand had nothing. Lived with his mother and still does to this day. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Brian Trott just defrauded the owners of an apartment building in Springfield (who I know personally), pretending to buy it for weeks (stalling) and went into court and claimed receivership; ripped off the owners. This guy's a crook.
RNB wrote:
Yes Martinez was scammed. I really doubt there was a short sale in place. The shortsale would have to be agreed to by the former owner and the lien holders. Litton would have the records and or the negotiations. Did anyone check?
Trott was not a victim - he is a scammer. His name and Laura Lacrosse name appears on a card claiming to be Foreclosure Prevention experts. The cards are blantly found in the front foyer of Dieter's Real Estate Office.
Ultimately, Trott and Laura should have the money in escrow and should be returning the money. I would be asking for the money....who has the money. His real estate license is held by Martin Dieter and Dieter is responsible for their actions. Someone should be asking Dieter to make good on the money.
Attorney General is one avenue but I would be calling the local board of Realtors and filing a grievance for fraud and then making a call to the Mass Division of Licensing...I think someone needs to be digging deeper and finding the other 57 victims Laura claims to be helping...$5000 here and there and collecting rents can be a very lucrative business....

I also am hoping to hear an update. Is the b**ch locked up yet?! I can't believe that she and her cronies are still operating. If that was me, I would have been locked up long ago. I would love to here from someone else and find out if any of my paper trail or her lies match anyone else's. Life and the economy in general are tuff enough, to have to deal with this lying theft almost puts me over the edge. Hope to hear from someone!!!!!

You make some very good recommendations and it is time to take action. I and a lot of other people keep calling the Attorney General's office, but nothing is being done. Two months ago I read that she sold some property. I am urging everyone to send letters directly to Martha Coakley. Now that she is close to going to Washington, I'm sure she will not want all the victims going to the news about all of us honest tax paying citizens getting ripped off and her Springfield office is doing nothing about it!!
CJN wrote:
Some facts are a little off. Ms. Martinez was not given 14 days by the loan company to move out. They have offered her financial asistance to help with her move should she not be able to purchase the house. They are giving her time to try and locate a mortgage as well. Further Laura is NOT a realtor. She had no legal right to be signing contracts or taking money for real estate transactions. Trott is a realtor and he and his broker, Martin Dieter are responsible under real estate law for the money owed back to Ms. Martinez. Filing a grievance with the local board of realtors will start that process rolling. In addition, there were other funds being taken from both Ms. Martinez and a second woman I know on a monthly basis under the guise of fees for services that were not being rendered. I would urge anyone who has been impacted by these two people to pursue any and all means of recovery. It is this type of behavior that has caused much of the trouble in the real estate market today.

Please, everyone who has been ripped off by this women needs to send letters directly to Martha Coakley's office. She is now very close to that seat in Washington and I'm sure she won't want a lot of negative publicity because her Springfield office isn't doing jack sh** about this ciminal. Then we can go the I-Team and put some heat on them!!

I also have been scammed by Laura Lacrosse & Brian Trott. They along with Marty's real estate are guilty. I can not wait until I see them in court I will have a front row seat right along with Valerie. What people may not understand is that these people prey upon those of us who have found ourselves in a very unfortunate place. Just to be clear, I have a job a very good one with a very good income. After a divorce and a drop in income I was forced to sign a mortgage that was out of my range (The mortgage company is also being investigated but the Attorney Generals office) I worked 7 days a week, days and evenings to try and keep up. I was unable to keep up the pace that was needed. The house was on the market for 6 months without a nibble, but in this market that seems to be the norm.
All I wanted was a place to call home that was safe for my children. This group of nitwits were the only people that had a solution. I would not have my home foreclosed on, they would buy it in a short sale, and move me into another home that they had purchased on a short sale. I would rent this house for 6 months to a year with all of my rent minus taxes & insurance going into an escrow account to go towards the purchase price of the home . They would even match what was in the escrow account at the time of closing. They told me I had to sign up with a "Credit restoration company" in Longmeadow run by a man Kevin O'Donnell.
Long story short my home was foreclosed on and I didn't know until 2 weeks later. The day before I found out about the foreclosure and that I had 2 weeks to vacate my home I spoke to Laura and she told me that I was all set to move into the new house on 4/1/08. My home had been foreclosed on for 2 weeks and she knew it!!! as did Brian and Marty. They are all blaming each other and throwing each other under the wheels of the bus.
Brian is now working for another Co. in CT. on his staff Bio page he is labeled as a "Foreclosure specialists" What a joke.
To Laura Lacrosse: your life must be falling apart and I'm sure that it is taking it's toll on your children what a shame. When someone comes along and takes advantage of you while you are down then and only then will you come close to knowing what my children and I feel right now. I look forward to seeing you in court.
To Brian Trott & wife: your both trash always were always will be. I will do everything in my power to make sure that you both get what you deserve, you messed with the wrong woman. I look forward to seeing you in court.
To Marty Dieter: There are now guarantees in this process remember that when you are working on your plea bargain. You have a nice day now, you hear. See you in court too.
To Kevin O'Donnell: I want my money back. I wrote those checks to you. You are responsible. You will pay me back. See you in court

Looks like nothing will be done. We all lose. The AG's office has been filled with testimony, paper work full of forged signatures, Notary's, all kinds of fake documents. All the victims have been more than cooperative with the AG's office and look what you get. Sorry it is an on going investigation. Mean while the damages to some of us are devastating and are shacking up with family members or renting due to this terd. I want a refund from my MA taxes.

Wow that is a tough one. To see that someone can get away with something like this is a little ridiculous. I know it's kind of hindsight but you need to be aware of anything that you get into. I try to read this local guy as much as I can and I think you guys should too! http://www.financiallydigital.com

There is still no word from the AG's office. I personally am contacting my state rep to see if he can get something moving on this case. I have also left messaged for Janice Healy who runs the Springfield office and still have not gotten a response, maybe I will go and sit in theh lobby until she has time to see me.

Maybe some pressure from or state reps will help what do you other victims think?
