Renting with dogs

My family and I are moving to Beaufort County next month and are having a terrible time finding a home to rent which allows German Shepherds. We have two dogs under 75 lbs (one is the shepherd and the other is a mix) both of whom are house trained and well behaved. We have had our dogs for seven years and cannot imagine giving them up. Are there any owners or rental agents out there who are German Shepherd friendly? We need at least a 3 bedroom/2 bath and have no problem paying an extra fee for them. Any ideas?

I know that find a good accommodation that allows pet is quite a difficult task. Despite the fact that a lot of property owners agree to rent to you and your furry friends, they will require you a proof that youre responsible pet owner. This article https://rentberry.com/blog/renting-with-pets has good recommendations how to pent with pet. Pay special attention on pets CV. I have been reading about it a lot and many tenants claim that this resume proves to be a good way to show your animal in the positive light. In the CV you can include short characteristic about your cats, their photos, references from previous landlords, if you rent with pet before, and a short description of yourself as a pet owner.
