1. NO ICPO, JUST NCND IMFAP
2. SELLER ISSUE SPA CONTRACT
3. Buyer pre-advised MT 103 to pays USD 280,432.00 for the storage facility. With pre-advised MT103 to the receipt of the full POP by email and sent to buyer bank. The MT103 CONDITIONED will be paid only after the transfer of the ownership title has been
done .
4. Buyer verify Full POP
5. Issue MT 103 for full amount for 5 millions bbl
6. Finalize and lift schedule commence
