"Kingman is the perfect spot for Tesla with proximity to more than 30 million people in a 350-mile radius, Wagner said. As a distribution point, Kingman is served by two major highways, a railroad system and airport."

Yeah, and a plant that requires 1,000 acres 230 acres of which will be the manufacturing facility enclosed in some type of building(s). How's Kingman going to service the water needs of such a large facility with the current overdraft of the aquifer?

"The" water issue? When you say MORON, look in the mirror and smile. Yes putz, water would be an issue as well as sewer. If "you are" going to bust someone's balls as in "Your a MORON--" Really, the conjunction is You are or you're, MORON. If you're the cream of Kingman, it has already lost TESLA by the lack of IQ points.
