I am interested in your notes, however in order to make you an offer I need the following info:
1. What kind of interest rate are you getting? 2. Payment amount? 3. How long is the term (original length of the loan (note)? 4. What is the orignal amount of the note? 5. Is this the 1st or 2nd loan (position)? 6. What was the down payment the buyers paid? 7. What was the sales price of the property? 8. What type of property is it? 9. Property addresses (City/State)? 10 Are the new buyers living there? 11. What is the date of sale? 12. What was the date of the first payment? 13. are the payments on time? 14. What day of the month are e payments due? 15? Is there a balloon payment?(If so, how much and when is it due?) 16. What was the highest offer you recieved other than mine? 17. I took a look at your web site, It also says you do not wish to have any Note Finders contact you. In doing so can increase selling those notes, giving your clients the best service, also increasing your sales.
