Very interesting and the point about the Industry City Council approving the lease not the redevelopment agency (it may have had to) was this mentioned? MikeC where are ye? I am here, awaiting the official word.........

mee too nothing from the usual sources quiet as a tomb evidently the Industry attorney went on and on The judge took all of her comments under submission. I would think he is now going to make his ruleing appeal proof. If Industry does appeal it might set the project back a couple of years. Hobson's choice here
Have you heard anything?

Nope. I am sure it will make for interesting reading and discussion.
The Majestic letter to the Walnut council was a strange event. I am not too sure what to make of it.
Posturing perheps? It would appear to be more confrontational and lessen any progress on negotiations.
My only thought is that perhaps COI and Majestic wanted to air the dirty laundry of the negotiations to the citizens of Walnut? Not that it would make any difference........

The Citizens ammended Brown Act complaint is due by the end of the Month. Sharpening up their pencils methinks. Industry's request "without leave to ammend" was denied. Knockout punch did not happen. Evidently the Judge thinks there IS a cause of action in the Citizens pleadings or at least is giving them a chance to biring it forth.
