for different parts of the country like
CA, NY, TX etc. We are looking to connect
directly with a seller or a seller's mandate.
No right hand man, left hand man or intermediaries.
Please only the person who either compiles the
tapes or is the seller's mandate. Should have
direct access to bank properties and ability
to compile lists to close quickly

Good luck with that - If you find that person let them know that I have dozens of proofed buyers - anyone from private money, publicly traded companies, hedge funds, and REITs. Just one of the publicly traded companies has a few Billion Dollars they are looking to place.

Probably write directly to RECO via their online forms. Or call his broker Remax and let them know of this issue online with many people, I am sure this could be grounds to terminate your agreement. Maybe print all these postings and show it to this agent and hear his side of the story out perhaps. This guy looks fishy !
