The housing recovery is slowly seeing progress, but it will be a long time to go before we see the housing market back where we want it. The tight lending standards are stalling the recovery. It will be interesting to see if the recovery plateaus or even regresses in coming months due to this and other factors.- Christina, CurrentMortgageRatesToday.org
