I informed my real estate agent I wanted no more Keller Williams agents showing my house after some of the odd things they did while mine was on the market. A Keller Willams agent helped me find it long ago and he was great. However, the younger ones think it's a fraternity or something.
Many of whom lived in the neighborhood, showed it with no intention of selling it because they wanted their own listings sold. One even went so far as to bring his mommy with him while another neighbor she knew circled the block. When the neighbor realized they'd latched onto my neighbor that had a similar vehicle and I was on foot farther down the street, she threw it in reverse and backed up to talk to that neighbor. Her neighbor is one that send her children out to rob that woman (the one with a similar vehicle) mailbox. And, worse yet, she and another would get in the street and accuse others of speeding for merely trying to get home and driving on the street. The other neighbor's son would run the neighborhood at 3 am.
Another KW agent brought in a woman I'd caught stalking a neighbor to the side of me. She even turned around and went after her when she feared backing into her own drive because she thought someone might crash into her.(a lot of drunk children in the neighborhood) She was recorded on a camera encased by vine observing a spot I'd missed staining the deck wall because of rough terrain and the camera was there. She and her agent whined like an original Okie about the price.
They like to terrorize people out of their homes so they can get their college students and cronies that haul in illegals and drugs to remodel the homes. They home to drive down the price so their profits are higher.

Yep, he even held back his client by slapping his hand into his stomach like a mommy keeping her toddler from going through the windshield on a car ride when his wife was interested. It was sickening to watch. That's why he brought his mommy I presume.
Another did a drive by the day before and brought in a woman that had already been there a couple times prior and locked himself out and called the realtor and told her my security was too tight. Lol! The storm door window was up as was the window next to it and he left the key in the keybox inside the house on the floor and made his client jump the 6 ft fence. It was bizarre! Then it looked like someone had try to get into my camera black box.

Another Edmond realtor-not Keller Williams-thought the rules didn't apply to her and tried to enter just as I was getting out of the shower. She almost got shot. She never called my realtor to set up an appt. as the rules or ethics didn't apply to her. Heck! She's got the Edmond Little Children with her and she's there to hep em out. Unfortunately, her clients only wanted vacant houses and another in the neighborhood had a party in it during that time.
