Yes to the very low inventory of homes and good supply of Buyers in the Denver metro market also. Our Consumer Economist report on this past Saturday's Real Estate RAdio Show in Denver was "98-105". Yes, if you are a Buyer in Denver area for a home under the $300,000 price point you must be ready to move quickly with your Offer and your Offer most likely must be between 98% and 105% of the initial asking price to have a chance to obtain that house. In over 30 years we have not seen this...as well as so many of these few houses being priced "right to begin with". This is reality for the Denver Colorado residential marketplace...likely for at least the next 3 months. Stay tuned...we are here to help with INFO.
