Exactly! Good riddens turd boy. Crooks eventually get caught, and the wife usually catches them too! I hope you rot in prison for all the crimes against railroad workers.

I am just giddy over this!

Many may not have liked his methods nor at times his abrasive nature. However, he was an effective leader from which BNSF has benefited as well as the Rail indusrty in general.

What the hell are you talking about! I knew this guy, and he was the biggest PRICK I have ever seen. I guess you think belittling employees, and screwing them over at the drop of a hat is good management? The biggest back stabbing asshole of the 21st century.

Why do you think he is "No longer with the BNSF"? It wasn't because he got a better job offer. HE WAS STEALING MONEY. Typical piece of shit executive, who was caught stealing. This man has NEVER been a leader of anything. A leader leads by example, and would never ask another to do something they would not do themselves.

Just another of the mighty CORPORATE JERKS that thought they were untouchable. AND "BAM" reality hits, they aren't. Kick 'em to the curb. Maybe it will start a house cleaning.

Now time to get the ethics committee involved with the rest of the company and we can get somethings ironed out. "WISHFUL THINKING."

BELOW SHOULD BE THE MOTTO FOR ALL THOSE MANAGEMENT TYPES:

"TO ERR IS HUMAN, TO BLAME SOMEONE ELSE IS GOOD MANAGEMENT SKILLS."

You won't find anyone on the BNSF that is sad to see Dealy gone! What a lift in moral the company received! You could see it in peoples faces, management and workers alike, everyone happy about it!

Sounds like Dealy finally stepped in it so deep and the charges are so serious that not even Matt could ignore it any longer. I'm sure Jeff Moreland and HR were in Matt's office as well when the charges against Dave were being shown to him.

About time somebody gave Rose a wake up call to the type individual he's been dealing with for the last 12 years!!!!

Rumor I heard was that corporate audit caught Dealey embezzling. Not sure how much but it must be serious amount of money. Ft Worth Police were at the NOC on Monday most of the day along with the Tarrant County prosecutor and the rumor was that charges will be filed and Dealey will be prosecuted for embezzlement.

Dealy was in Northtown getting on business cars for a trip to PNW and special agents took him off the cars and escorted him off the property after taking his credit cards, etc. One of the trnmstrs at Northtown said that she heard they took Dealey to the airport and told him "good luck getting home"

I haven't noticed anyone crying over Dealey getting fired..........Just hard to believe that Matt Rose sold his best bud down the river

With apologies to Jim Morrison, in celebration of a recent dismissal at BNSF:
Sung to the tune of "Light My Fire" by The Doors:

You know that I would be untrue,
You know that I would be liar,
If I was to say to you:
Dave, I'm sad that you got fired.
Dave, I'm glad that you got fired.
Dave, I'm glad that you got fired.
Hope you never get rehired.

The time for termination's due.
You're a cheat, a creep, a jerk, a liar.
As condescending, Dave it's true.
You just couldn't score much higher.
Dave, I'm glad that you got fired.
Dave, I'm glad that you got fired.
Hope you never get rehired.

Yep! He finally got his and i hope the rest of the few menbers left in the neo nazi-style mangement culture get the axe too.

Maybe Mr. B...will influence the next hiring for the person who will oversee the BNSF untapped value (The Employees). After all he is the biggest stock holder and there is great opportunity to increase his ROI if he can create more harmony between the company's management and employees.

When you look very closely at the mangement structure, it needs to be streamlined a bit to cut some fat, too many overlapping positions.

I've been with the railroad for a few years & I don't know much about these higher up folks. I know there people like us lower folks are & they make mistakes too & maybe some of them are big ones. But to call them scumbags that is low & doesn't solve anything. And I doubt if some of you folks who make comments like that were in charge would make the railroad any better. As individuls we all try to get better at what we do, The corporate world tries to do the same for the most part. I will say this I don't think its right for the big guys to make big huge bonus's. They should make a little extra compared to the little guy but not gobs extra. I mean there employee's like everyone else is. Ok there's my 2 cents worth take it or leave it.

my husband has worked for the bnsf for a very long time and almost every complaint he has had, has stemmed from that sleazy-ass crook. he always preached how important family time was, yet i am a "railroad widow". he also requested hookers and booze when he came to town to visit with the local officials. he is FINALLY getting what he is owed.

Dont look for W Buffet to step in with labor relations, he bought into the company for the reason most employees hate the managers(Good co. managment and profits)its all about the money. He could care less about employee morale.

Dave Dealy was one of the worst managers on the railroad I have ever worked for in 35 years. and how can one not say that Matt Rose and Carl Ice were not also responsible for retaining him after all these years when they had bona fide information on the kind of person Mr. Dealy was? If the buck stops here, they also are as responsible!!
