Bernie Ward is accused of Child Pornography. Wait until this case goes through the courts. It seems that some people may tolerate pedophilia, I cannot.

If you had been paying attention, you would know this is not a case of pedophilia as there is not a hint, as explained by newspapers and such of Bernie exploiting children. Bernie was writing a book, a book he talked about on the air a few times on hypocrisy. Bernie wanted to share with others the hypocrisy of the republican religious right were also involved in child porn along with the other behaviors we have seen. Bernie is also a journalist and using his experience in journalism went online and investigated by pretending he was into child porn and exchanged a few images - there he was busted. Bernie's home was then raided in 2004 because of the bust and not a hint of child porn was found. From what I understand, those involved in child porn do it habitually and obsessively - so other evidence would have been found. Bernie's wife is a pediatrician - if Bernie was into child porn she would have connected the dots and left him.
The feds know Bernie IS NOT into child porn, they left him alone for 3 to 4 years before the charges were brought against him, but they are going after him as he broke the letter of the law while exchanging images - the intent does not matter. I can not think of a nicer, honorable, generous, talented person as Bernie to fall into this hideous pit... as some like yourself want to make this what it is not.
Bernie NOW has a book to write and it will be a best seller.

I miss your show. I miss your nightly analysis of the current administration, particularly of their criminal, insane war in Iraq. You gave me heart when much of our country seemed to stumble and believe that lying about why we invaded Iraq, torture, wiretapping, and all the rest was a means that justified the ends. Now you have a personal challenge, made public. I do hope the wheels of justice treat you fairly, openly and with compassion. Go with God. You are in my heart. Face each truth that is yours, and those that throw offal will only be revealing their own unexamined darkness. Your show was great. You are missed. Be brave.

Serves him right. He hung up on me twice on the air on KGO. Just slammed the phone down. I was against rent control, he was for it. THAT is a sure sign of a left-wing, Communist Sympathizer. Letting rent control exist in a city, like Berkeley, only takes the rights of some and gives it to others. Like all those poor college students, who handed their apartments off to their brothers and sisters, and stuck it to Da Man, the guy responsible for keeping the place in shape. If you do any research on cities that allow rent control, you find they soon sicken, and become ghettos. Why do you think they took commercial rent control in Berkeley off the books years ago? BECAUSE IT DOESNT' WORK. I love this. I get to put my point out there on a Bernie related site, and he can't hang up the phone. I doubt he can even use the internet anymore. LOL.:)

I missed Bernie Ward. I think he is the most intellectual person I've ever heard on a talk show. Most sincere and kindest person. I don't believe in any accusation to him by the Federal Agent. The Federal Government are morally bankrupt when Mr. G.W.B took office. Bernie Ward did not send any or thousands troops to die or kill 100,000 innocent Iraqis for nothing and squander almost a trillion dollar taxpayers money for the benefit of his pet companies. Bernie Ward is the victim here. It is sad. A journalist cannot do his or her own journalism in the United States of America without being victimized by the present administration. Look what happen to the Dixie Chicks, Dan Rather , etc. It is sad. But is sadder that another republican will be the next president. Just because of fear.
