It is good to keep the country benefit from the rsources the Bank can make available. The Bank and any other funding agencies should, however be satisfied that the funds they pour in to the country are well used and to the benefit and deomcratic rights of the people. In so doing they should use their funding as a leaverage to influence and presure the ruling government to release the political prisoners (all for that matter). These (the ruling people) are people who do not want to be negated and shown their mistakes. The regime is telling everybody that it is the only one that is best for the nation. This has to stop, because even after the government's disagreement with the opposition, everyone now knows, that however little changes come are due to the opposition. The fact that the people in the cities are saying no to the current regime is because they are closer to what they do and know their activities better than the rural people. The city people are also more enlightned than most rural residents. At last, institutions such as the Bank need to know that their money should not be used to suppress the democratic rights of the people, nor should it be used to let the question of opposition groups be neglected!!

We would like to tell the Bank that on the one hand we will like their offer, but on the other, we urge them not to give the very wrong impression to other countries that there is good governance in the country-because ther isn't one! In fact as the saying goes "take as much money as you can and nothing happens to you. Touch the government only slightly you never know where you and your spouse would end up- kids are automatically taken care of"

Have the courage to say that this institution is a US foreign policy tool !
These criminal anglo-americans have the nerve to call the financing of a terrorist enemy regime "assistance" ?
One day we and our likes will occupy the USA, UK and co. and will do to americans and co. what american and western puppet regimes have been doing all over the world.
