Certainly as a loyal military veteran, I'm as much a hawk as anyone. But I object to any government or Pentagon action that risks an unwanted or unjustified military action, particularly against Russia, who is reacting as the USA would, in the event our neighbors succumbed to civil war. Furthermore, we need Russia as an ally in our joint effort at combatting the threat of radical terrorism. And without Russia, we can't do it.
