God bless the Shenandoah family for being able to give 36 people jobs! I hope the government doesn't make it hard for them to keep their ice cream factory. We need more people unafraid to open small companies, the government should help them to stay open instead of making so difficult for them to stay in business.

It is going to get worse out here.Grove by Manitowoc is about to lay off a large number of its employees. After years of hiring inadequate engineers, incompetent supervisors and the pure fear of the older employees, this great work place will soon be shutdown. The company allows workers of 20+years to continuously dictate the amount of money that the company will lose.A point system is supposedly in place but is not recognized by office personnel. The seasoned employees continuously exploit the system as they drain money's from the company. There are many things wrong with the inner workings of this company and it will soon show.Hopefully they let the old bumbs go out the door for a while, and they can see what it is really like out in the real world. You all know.Working for a living.Safety is also not at the top of their list.Old practices are played as if they were new and old ideas are implemented out of favoritism.Just another company going under due to bad management. What a dam shame.
