Why is it that every time you see an article claiming that illegal aliens are good for this country in Forbes, Time, the Washington Post, the New York Times, the Huffington Post, etc. the author's name is always Vargas or Lopez or Rodriquez or Gonzalez? Do you think that they might have an agenda? That being the importation if millions of uneducated, lowlife Mexicans into the US.

Not true! studies from experts analysists and economists who claims that immigration reform would be beneficial to America are of diverse background than those who are claiming the opposit

The only solution is to offer amnesty. This will put all the undocumented on the tax rolls helping America pay off it's national debt.

Most are sheer rubbish, especially #7. Illegal aliens cannot legally pay income taxes. If they use an ITN they are breaking the law and if they use a SS# they are breaking the lasw so either way it just adds to their criminality.
Now, referring to legal immigrants then there can be truth to the article as legal immigrants are a positive force to America whereas illegals are merely common criminals by their very presence. I do however fell that something oughtto be done regarding the illegals brought over as very small children as they did not really much of a choice in their parents criminality.

Let's deport them instead and then in turn Americans would get those jobs back and they in turn would help America pay off its national debt. Without anchor babies here our tax coffers would increase in that respect also.

I disagree with your last comment. To me by allowing their kids to remain here is rewarding the parents for breaking our immigration laws. Beside wouldn't that be separating the families if the children were allowed to stay here and the parents deported? Or is the plan to let the whole family stay? Hmm.

Then those non-Hispanics have a vested interest with their claims. Like you know, wanting the cheap labor or they are bleeding heart liberals. Illegal aliens do nothing for our country but harm us. You will find overall though that it is mostly ethnocentric Hispanics who are advocates for them just because they share the same ethnicity.

I would not consent to them staying here as yes, it would reward the criminal parent or parents. They need to be returned to their home countries and perhaps they could be allowed a little easier legal entry but I would say they should not be allowed to sponsor their parents once they themselves become a citizen.

Early immigrant's like the Chinese came here to build infrastructure and railroads... They did assimilate and most became educated. They were invited through Ellis Island. The immigrant's you speak of in the article were people who broke the laws to come here. And although they claim to be Christian, their culture is uncivilized in many aspect's compared to European Immigrant's. Years ago South Americans came to work low skilled job's but now take Construction and other high skilled positions that American Men need. And I also debunk that they do not assimilate and the poor and uneducated ones never learn English. Crime has risen in every Community in this Country. All you have to do is look to California to know the truth, or look to Arizona to see the folly of illegal immigrATION

Prejudice, bigotry? Aren't you aware that we allow in more than 1 million legal immigrants per year and most of them are from Mexico and other Latino countries? I see no prejudice or bigotry there except towards non-Hispanics who aren't allowed such large quotas.

Hispanic is an ethnicity and not a race, majority of hispanics are white and the remainder are black race.
Legal immigration is based on what positive things/skills an immigrant can bring to this country and those who meet the requirements most are allowed in with the remainder having to wait their turn. If America needs a Chemical Engineer why would they let a toilet scrubber, melon picker, hammer swinger, or baby factory in instead?

if we need a chem engineer the best place to look is in an American college and looking only for an American citizen. no longer do we need imports of people at this time,it is dragging the country into the sewer both legal and illegal immigration is no longer needed but a burden.

No arguement from me there but the reality if often different. My son is a surgical nurse at a local hospital who has just outsources their radiologist positions, to India. The CT and other such scans are sent to India wehre, in real time or quick turnaround they are reviewed by a Radiologist there and the results returned. American radiologist averages 100K give or take a year. Radiologist in India 20K. Sadly this is actually no unusual and getting to be more of a trend and of course the patients are not told of this.
