The problem is that Panterra is built on Asterisk, the open source PBX telephone engine.

The company is extremely poorly managed with very high staff turnover and low service quality.

Heard this is a callous company, unethical toward employees, their top guy would waste millions to save a nickel. Interestingly, on the day after they were informed of a UK business consultant's untimely and sudden death, several Panterra executives called UK demanding the return of a company Laptop, with no sympathy toward the family, and the company was even disinclined to pay this business consultant's last invoice of a couple of hundred dollars.

This software is a piece of crap, open source from all over the Internet, they don't even know how to put the pieces together, terrible reliability and software crashes regularly, bad customer reviews. I heard, they have 16 people and half of them are executives, who have no clue the systems they are running.
