Judge it!
I have taken the 473 exam for several registers in my area but have been told by the local postmaster that there is a nationwide hiring freeze. The only online material I can find on this claims the freeze only affects corporate HQ and not unit bargaining positions.
A letter carrier told me that PTFs are being laid off nationwide.
Anyone have any info?
