Let's just say I'm glad I'm not a salesman for Piehler Pontiac! Boy - they sure loved you guys when it was bonus time. Now, no more bonus...Piehler goes to Webster - where Xerox still gives one out.

I hear the Xerox employees are pretty happy campers. Remember when the shoe was on the other foot? People moaned and whined when Xerox made cutbacks, and their employees ran around like Chicken Little too.

"Within 1 year Xerox will be GONE!" they cried...

Imagine that.

Qwitcherbichin and realize that mainstreaming of corporate operations is critical to long term success. The days of fat and bliss are over.

You little peas should really get out of the pod once in a while. Never collected one red and yellow cent off that box. My company has done business with Kodak, and like you living in the area, have had many family members and friends employed there. I support the trimming of the fat to insure the future of a Kodak existence, versus sucking off the teet of the industry year after year with no allegience and no loyalty to the company whatsoever.

What has become obvious is your employment attitude, which is part of the disease that has infiltrated most of America today. It's an unsavory greed that manifests itself in Friday's paycheck, and the number of days left til retirement, instead of the long term interests of the industry or business as a whole.

You have met your maker, and you don't like what you see. If ignorance is bliss, you in turn should be delighted.

But because of your molded mechanism method of thinking, you can't see beyond the penny jar to get to the bank.

And that makes you both certifiable with limited employment perspectives. Most employers can see right through your invisible self-serving greed, and will pass on you each and every time. And in your heart, you know it. God forbid you should actually get a job where performance or work are a requirement.

So fight for what you have. It may be all you ever receive.

BJ wrote "It's an unsavory greed that manifests itself in Friday's paycheck, and the number of days left til retirement, instead of the long term interests of the industry or business as a whole." Upper management has killed plenty of patentable ideas that would have extended the life of the company and secured jobs in Rochester. Human nature cuts across all strata of mankind, it is called "depraved self interest" and you're just as full of it as anyone else BJ. The problem is when it goes unchecked in leadership it brings down nations. Medical attention won't help you either it's a spiritual issue. Invoke God to save yourself, sounds like your on the wrong highway.

It's not unchecked Greg (are you and Bobby Bradys?)...it's checked and double checked by this wonder called shareholders. So take your meds, cash your check, and count your blessings. You really should learn to appreciate the job you have, and stop trying to destroy Kodak from the inside out. It's not upper management that represents a problem. It's little worms in the apple - like you.

The shareholders? What a laugh, Bill Miller has been doing real well with Kodak lately..check out the dancing elephant...
http://www.kiplinger.com/columns/picks/archiv...
And put your money where you big mouth is and dive right into EK stock. Then you will need to increase your blood pressure meds like the rest of the fund managers who bought stock at 40 bucks a couple of years ago. What do you do besides take shots pal, really? There are good managers most have left EK for greener pastures. I have my plans as does any one with moxie. Again BJ unless you've worked there your head is in the sand. BTW Mr perez would like to sell you inkjet printer go buy one and tell us how it works (Hee,Hee).

Kodak said it received one proposal for shareholders to vote on at the company's annual meeting May 9 in Vancouver, British Columbia. The proposal seeks to cap executive pay at $500,000 plus "nominal" perquisites. The board recommended a "no" vote.

How professional of you Greg! Do you work in customer service? Are you responsible for those 200 disgrunted and unsatisfied customers with that "just shut up" attitude?

Well at least now we're getting to the root of the problem!

Have stock options Greg? Let me buy you out. Then we can go down to human services and let them know how you feel. Let's face it - it's not the management at EKC that is the problem, it's disgruntled employees like yourself who are working internally to take from the company what you feel they have taken from you.

A corporate larcenist. You should be proud each week when you cash your check.
