Kodak must get outside help NOT promote from within (more of the same. Until Perez is FIRED - Kodak has no future. Even then it's questionable. Not sure Kodak can ever recover from Perez's reign.

Tony has to go no doubt. However, death threats are pretty stupid. But remember, he came from HP and he brought many of his management staff with him.

The problem is much deeper than the CEOs office. It is a cultural thing that is still stuck in the 1960's.

Kodak has always had problems bringing new products and technologies to market. If you don't believe me, Read: http://nightowltrader.blogspot.com/2011/09/ri...

Film is about all they could figure out and they had problems there when Fuji started to put the squeeze on Kodak in the 70's.

Now Perez will get 2 or more bodyguards. Kodak will pay $100,000 a YEAR FOR THEM PLUS security systems and bullet proof limo. Sounds like Obama. They both have screwed the people they serve and will go out as poor leaders

Yeh - Kodak problems go way back. In 1994 they sold off Eastman Chemical to pay down debt. Now Eastman Chemical is worth $5.5B (stock) and Kodak is worth what -$180M. I still blame Perez and all his HP's associates he brought with him. He should not be rewarded for his failures - but of course he will. As a stock holder I've lost everything I've invested over the past 20 years - Perez will get a nice golden parachute. If lucky I'll get 1.5 weeks - and that they will probably reduce. I say, Perex should resign, Kodak file Chapter 11 and see how the cards fall. It's just a matter of time and not sure why they are waiting. The Board should not allow Perez to continue through 2013 - just fire him and pay him his severence. I know of not one employee who believes a single email he sends us. He keeps saying there is more right with Kodak then wrong with Kodak? Seriously? At 69 cents per share - I don't see much right with Kodak.

69 cents and the board just does nothing? Its amazing. The CEO is not held responsible by the board? Just when does the board anticipate the company turning around and what new products will cause this large turn in revenue. More lawsuits and patents sales? Good luck. I bet we will see 30 cents very soon. Then 0

The arrogance displayed by Kodak over the years has finally caught up. Rochester has not been connected with the field for years, so it is no wonder they appear clueless. You can only tell people so many times all is well before they start throwing up on you.

Now they want to sell patents to stay afloat, they will only last a short time. Get rid of the money grabbers at the top and hold them accountable for a change.

I think we all know its over. You keep hearing all theses fools in the media say that the company will keep operating normal and not get rid of people during bankruptcy. They have a cash flow problem. The have no core business? How do you make money? There will be lots of people out in the street soon from Kodak. I think even if Parez leaves it can not be turned around now.

he has drained that company of all funding and the employees and retirees will get stuck with the aftermath. And it won't be pretty.

The whites will just pay to turn it into free living for the black trash. The good thing is less whites will have to deal with the black city trash when it closes.

Now its 42 cents! Even going bankrupt will not solve this mess. To late to turn this dinosaur around. What bank would lend them mony with no chance of getting it back? Patent sales my butt. They may be worth nothing as well. Antonia P says they are worth something. Antonia P also said the company would be making money in 2012.

New York Stock Exchange has told Kodak to either get the stock back up to at least $ 1 or the exchange will drop them and will no longer be allowed to be traded on the exchange.

It just keeps getting worse
