Kodak Has - No Intention' of Ch. 11 Filing as Company Said to Weigh Options
Eastman Kodak Co., the unprofitable 131-year-old camera maker, is weighing options including a bankruptcy filing because of concerns raised by possible bidders for its patent portfolio, said three people with direct knowledge of the process.

Wait a minute! I thought Perez just said that their transition was on track to become profitable in 2012 a few weeks ago??? What happened?
Is this latest news something that blindsided him or is it that he doesn't know what is going on?
