How many clients does Ulysses Yannas have that he talked into $90/share Kodak stock?
He's been cheerleading for Kodak for the last 10 years and the stock keeps going South?
It almost appears as if he has a financial interest in continuing the rah-rah on Kodak's behalf.
Kodak is toast. Started 20 years too late in the digital arena. Should have installed a Board of Directors years ago with some knowledge, at least, about this business.
Look at the floundering this company has gone through trying to deny the existence of the digital world. Surely the malfeasance of the board should be addressed at some time. The arrogant Kodak culture kept the company from using some of it's billions in reserve over the years to develop anything that would affect the cash cow until the upper management had their bonuses made and were out of there. Now Perez is trying to salvage the value of a company void of any useable technology that is saleable en masse. The best that can be hoped for is for some successful company to buy the scraps that have any value left. Someone needs to get writing a business study on this albatross before bankruptcy ensues.

The double mention of a Kodak - Xerox future connection is poor quality speculation. It's very unlikely considering Fuji's cross ownership positions and longtime partnership with Xerox. Kodak has already missed out on that possiblity. Also, the mention of consumer film as a cash cow is misleading. That business is rapidy approaching zero.
