the mind weapon people told me yesterday they were going to do another shooting story.

if you search on cho and yate, you'll find planed stories about a yates that drowned her children and cho in the same article.

this allows clinton bullshit of knowing that mind weapons are used to control peoples brains - billy and mandy little rock of horror- brains song, but creating other stories that lie about mind control.

I was used because I was not a dangerous person. They stole things from me, and tell people to use sign of death (hand or fingers on face --then story like this or bus crash int he paper, and people hurt or injured) They use the sign of death to antagonize the mind weapon people and divert attention from fact that people are mind controlled

ALBANY A 22-year-old University at Albany student who was shot in the head as he walked alone Monday night died this afternoon at Albany Medical Center Hospital after being taken off life support.

Police said Richard Bailey, a senior at UAlbany, was shot at 11:20 p.m. near the intersection of Yates Street and South Lake Avenue, not far from Washington Park. He was shot once in the head.

A passing motorist saw Bailey lying motionless on the sidewalk and called 911. Officers canvassed the area but did not take anyone into custody.

Shortly after noon today, meanwhile, university police disclosed information about two more crimes involving students last night.

In the first, near the intersection of Ontario and State streets, a robber struck the victim in the head, stole $25 and fled on a small bicycle. The victim was treated and released.

In the second, near 473 Hamilton St., two men tried to take the victim's purse. She held onto it. Two witnesses chased the would-be robbers until one man, implying he had a weapon, told them they "better stop."

The shooting took place in a residential neighborhood right across from the park. It's a mix of longtime owner-occupied homes and apartment buildings, some of them popular with students.

"Increasing its police presence around the downtown campus"? This school does NOTHING for its students once they are pushed off campus. They essentially throw their students into a student ghetto which is populated with criminals and section 8 housing and let them fend for themselves. How many students will have to die before the SUNY Albany campus does something for their students?

Amen. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 12 years and I can tell you the violence and predominance of very shady characters roaming the streets has only gotten worse. I give up on the City of Albany and UAlbany to do anything to protect us. This is the last straw, so I'm packing it in and moving to Guilderland. Maybe even Schenectady. Anywhere but this cesspool.

I own a business on Madison between Quail and Ontario in Albany, jus up from the murder. When my lease is up I'm out of here. For whatever reason the police made a decision not to police this area, to any great extent, until that murder and the stabbing a week or so later. It's my guess that once the heat is off they won't police this area again. Contrary to some of the reports in the papers I've read this is not a neighborhood of owner occupied housing and students. It's students and "transients", ie section 8 housing, kids just out of college who have no intention of living here long term, otherwise poor working people with kids, etc. The police are primarily interested in protecting the downtown area and upper middleclass neighborhoods. Gangs of kids roam this neighborhood on bikes, on foot, and in suv's/trucks. They communicate with each other using push-to-talk phones. Some of the kids serve as lookouts for police and witnesses and the rest swoop down on their victims. One kid always has a gun. I had 2 of my employees robbed, and 2 customers robbed with the same mo. The cops basically said they couldn't do anything. One of the kids that worked for me recognized one of the robbers from middle school, told the cops that, and the cops never followed it up, even after the murder.
