Some of you are out of your minds. I have two small boys and I am always on the look out to see if there is anyone that might hurt them, but I just found out that my best friend, who has watched my boys a number of times, was on that list as well as a few others i know, one was my age and was on there for doing the same thing i did with the same girl two days after i I did but didn't get caught by her mother, so don't tell me that they are few and far between. Now you have a point that some people do get out and do it or something worst again. but from the studies I've read in the last few months is that 83% of the offenders under the age of 15 don't reoffend and that 25%-30% of the ones under 21 are on there for a underage sex act. I've seen a few like this one: 15/16yo girl tell 21 yo guy she is 19 when he meets her IN A BAR, he sleeps with her, parents find out, cops pick him up, girl tell the judge that she told him she was 19, guy go to jail for Rape of a minor. and now with this new tier thing he can never get off the list in the state he lives in. YEA I REAL SCARED THAT GUY'S GOING TO HURT MY KIDS.. people use your heads make sure that the guy/girl you are against is what you think he is first before you cut his legs out from under him. one more thing hmm what ever happened to what you did as a kid was locked up tight when you turned 18.. i mean it seems like the law made a loop hole to that law. cause if you are 8yo and you play DR and get caught your butt is screwed..

If the law don't change, every one in the U.S. Will be sex offenders someway or another. I'm sure this law come from a guilty law maker anyway. Keep in mind it's easy to be convicted as a sex offender and by this is a way of not only D.A.'s gaining convictions but prison systems and the state making money, yes that's right I said it. It all boils down to greed by any means, even making our country look bad to other nations and we wonder why our nation is so hated. PS Just telling it like I see it.
