A union representing about 8,500 ground workers at Southwest Airlines and the airline itself are asking federal mediators to break a standoff in contract talks.

You csn't keep paying the negro employees minimum wages without benefits.
You need to offer minimum wages WITH benefits, by giving them a voucher for a free lunch!
That's all they are asking for...a free lunch, and maybe a free bus pass on the metro bus transit to and from their getto neighborhoods.
