High Attrition Rates – Not Exactly a difficulty for the Business Process Outsourcing Industry
With attrition rates changeable between 25% to 30% in any given year, the business process outsourcing industry might well be the leader in that perspective.
But does it really affect the industry in an unfavorable manner? Well, the majority of the people would definitely like to believe possibly because they are unsuccessful to perceive the silver lining.
Far from being an obstacle, the high attrition rates are truly an excellent sign because they replicate the vitality of the industry.
If the industry did not have high attrition rates, it would have in directed that stagnation is moving stealthily in the industry and that there are not much prospects left for further growth and development.
Opportunely however, and also because of the hard work put in by the industry, stagnation has not taken place.
The Indian BPO industry prolongs to grow at an exceptional rate, expected to reach the astounding $50 Billion worth of business by the year 2012, from the current $11 Billion.
