Lets see, the new Police Chief has let 100's of sex offenders disappear from police tracking, Orlando is the murder capital of Florida, millions of city taxpayer funds lost in downtown developments and now his buddy has stolen 100's of millions of dollars from investors........
Buddy Dyer is the most corrupt mayor of Orlando and YOU re-elected the crook!!! Time to indict the mayor!!!! LMAO at YOU |

I remember when Mirabilis ran ads during Magic games and pre-game radio shows.
Wow. I guess it'll pay to do background checks on owners and executives in venture groups before investing. Anyone finding out that Amodeo had served prison time would certainly back away from getting involved. |

Sounds like a very successful and shrewd businessman. I guess his only crime was, he didn't pay off the right politicians.
Well at least he didn't steal as much money from the public as the Big Oil Companies do on a daily basis. |

The man may be found guilty soon enough. The problem is that the government seizing private property without charge is unconstitutional. I forgot!!! Since when does the government concern itself with such trivial aspects such as the legality of its actions

Why is it that when bad real estate deals are sniffed out that BUDDY DYER'S name seems to be attached. When I see BUDDY'S mug on tv it makes me almost as sick as watching BUSH and CHENNEY standing next to the POPE...That is to PUKE!

Court records show the government also wants a 2006 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, apparently purchased for $40,000 at a charitable auction hosted by Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer in April 2006.
Who held the charitable acution? And how did the motorcycle end up on the auction block? Doesn't Buddy have to hand it over without any compensation? That's going to be rich.... |

The reason the mob doesn't like government is because it doesn't like the competition.

Casselberry Mayor Goff also was late on his tax payments. Will the government seize his property, too.

what exactly will you indict the mayor on? |

It would take 10-15 years for Metro Orlando to match the murder rate of cities like Chicago or NYC, and we don't really want to compare our corruption compared to those cities! Wall Street has sucked trillions of dollars from little investors for decades. Orlando is on track to be a quality world class city, and Dyer had the fortitude to get the projects pushed through. Glenda Hood did some nice improvements to the 81 parks, and she even got a photo book done with city money, but she never spurred the development that the city needed, other than Baldwin Park. And that was a sweet under-the-table deal with Chicago developers. Grease the palms and handshakes get done. |

...$13.3-million? Peanuts! Where's the rest of the (allegedly stolen)$187-million? Where are the criminal indictments? Where are the prosecutions? Who and where are the other alleged thieves? How many more years will the Feds take before running this massive case through the criminal courts?
...Or--is it just too big and too complicated, the Feda overwhelmed by the Mastermind and his cunning associates? ...Of course, there might be powerful people in Washington who do not want this entire mess exposed in open court. A matter of National Security, dontcha know...;-):-) |

You people that try to link Dyer with this character just because he bought a motorcycle at an auction are flat out idiots. Do you not realize that high profile people are often at the same places, parties, events, etc? Does that mean that they know what each are involved with? When you go to a party, do you know what everyone at the party is up to? The answer is...of course not. I might be making a big assumption that you actually do more than sit at your house doing nothing with your life criticizing those that do. If this narrow minded idiocy is what Florida schools produce these days, our state is in serious trouble.
