Jan 18, 2013 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: WallStreetInsanity

It was pure genius while it lasted. A US-based software developer whose company allowed him to work from home was recently busted for outsourcing his work to China-for a fraction of his salary.

Proves that Americans don't have the brains for hi tech development. Otherwise he would've done it himself and saved a fifth of his salary. They say he was surfing the net yet he had to dish out 50 thousand bucks! He could've saved 50thou if he had the smarts to do it, which he didn't.

He was payed to get a task accomplished. It was, with accolades no less. He should have been promoted to management instead, clearly he excels at delegating responsibility ha!

He violated the company's policy by disclosing confidential information to a third-party. I only like him because he watched cat video, other than that, he is pathetic.

Bob probably got the idea from this clip:

In other words, the Chinese product won the accolades. Proof of Chinese superiority! The guy was developmentally challenged and couldnt do the task so he hired someone who could. And 50 thou is a nice tidy sum.

He could've gone elsewhere for much cheaper like India, Vietnam, Philippines, Bangladesh, all very good at program developing but he wanted the very best for his company.

That's why he chose China.

As his lawyer, I'd want to check his work contracts because it sounds a bit unfair to dismiss him if if he was up to performance but he struck me as obviously tallented especially in the initiative department.
