I agree with this, the back-log is too immense. We should cut back on the numbers of visas issued for students so that they are at manageable levels, so that we don't educate so many and just send them back, and so that not so many feed into the H-1B system where they are abused by low pay, etc., and then they're kept hanging as "indentured guest-workers" waiting for green cards. Instead, we should only issue about 2,000 student visas, and then auction off 83 permanent H-1B visas per month, eliminate E-3, cap L-1 visas at 20K or so, cut J (exchange) visas, and similarly cut green cards. At such levels the staffs at DoL and USCIS might have a chance to conduct proper background investigations rather than rubber-stamping apps, and US job markets wouldn't be so severely glutted. for IT Outsource, skills outsource, Online Advertising, Web development, SEO visit our website: http://www.itoutsourceonline.com

This year H1B visas allocated are already used up. These corporations want MORE skilled workers... from other countries.. There are PLENTY of American's skilled they just do not want to pay them. Put an End to this Bill. It is massive has not been put out to the public. An outrage and is Dangerous to the Tax payer. No provision makes those here Responsible for their medical cost, to pay for their children being born like we must... they should be made NOW to pay tution like anyone would if they came as a foreign student.

No PROTECTION for the hard working men and women of
America.

They however will collect, "Earned Income tax credit...Even IF they USED your stolen social security card... or a fake one.. that is criminal activity if YOU OR I do it. NOT THE ILLEGALS they get Earned Income Tax Credit... medicaid for one year when they have a baby... Wake UP AMERICA ... if they are from Ireland, timbuck2 Mexico... Africa they if they are here illegally WE WILL Not only continue to pay for all their needs MORE WILL COME..

Let us not forget 9-11 happended. Where is the logic in this OPEN border policy? Yes POLICY.. they did NOTHING... time to Stop the Bill and begin impeachment. This is too much!
