...or Brazil, at least with regards to web developement - eg. they're supposed to have the largest number of java programmers in the world. The world just needs to realise that and build up a tradition for outsourcing to South America.

Innagle: I haven't heard much about brazil having ventured in IT but then good for them if they do. Seems like we have no other choice but to settle for BPO nowadays.

If you don't mind me joining your discussion, I'd say that Philippines would probably be the next outsourcing hub and as for Brazil... well, it probably would...It may be biased But my bet would still be Philippines..lol... I haven't heard that much about Brazil, I wonder how they are doing? It intrigues me...heheh..

The Philippines is known to be one of the best english speaking countries, this part of the world. The country has ample talent pool that can compete even with the best in the world. Businesses like so are popping like mushrooms in the Philippines right now. It only goes to show that the people here are doing something right. It's happening in the Philippines now, and it will only grow in the next few years
