U.S. private prison operator shares seen rising, expanding election rally

There are 6 comments on the Reuters story from Feb 21, 2017, titled U.S. private prison operator shares seen rising, expanding election rally. In it, Reuters reports that:

Promises by President Donald Trump's administration to clamp down on illegal immigration and the tougher-on-crime reputation of newly appointed U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions have boosted shares of the companies, the only publicly traded private prison operators in the country. Investors have bought in partly on relief that the government would be less likely than an administration led by Democrat Hillary Clinton to reduce its dependence on private prisons and partly on expectations that a tougher stance on illegal immigration could boost numbers at privately-run facilities.

Why? Hillary Clinton is not pursuing policies which will result in more and more inmates in these for profit prisons. That's the point. The point about US prison policy and those who profit from it has nothing to do with how many books Hillary Clinton writes or how many speeches she gives.

You have trouble following the simplest points.

Had the frail feeble elderly unstable careless reckless drunken Hillary been elected she would have done as she always had, personal profit first.
