I'm writing to alert all of Matches lack ethical business behavior!!! Once you sign up and they have your credit card info, they will continue to bill it regardless of how you try to cancel (from within the site, by email or even by phone... "I'm sorry sir, there's nothing I can do about this"). I had to cancel my card in order to not be charged! Stay away!!!!

I've tried popular online dating sites for a while now. I haven't been on many dates during the past year, just didn't like the guys much and didn't trust most. After various unpleasant experiences, I am coming to the conclusion that there are only a minority of decent guys online. Most of the guys drag sex into the conversation from message 2. Most don't seem to want to know the real person, just whether I'll meet or not (when I hardly know them). There are plenty of decidedly weird guys online and I've had unpleasant experiences with some of the few I've met, basically concerning whether they were telling me the truth about their backgrounds and previous relationships.
More gentlemen on sugar dating sites, most of sugar dadies are affordable,
learned and refined.that' why i became a sugar baby and lead a better now.we meet on sugarcupid, google sugarcupid and click go in the first, you will get access.
im a sugar baby now ,any questions about sugar baby and dating tips, you can send me messages for help.

hello,
i'm new to online dating and i just ran across a very curious girl. she sent me a message on match.com professing interest in me and how much she liked my profile. and she suggest i might email her to her yahoo address instead of through match.com .
after reading that initial match.com message, i tried clicking on her profile but it is unavailable (though her thumbnail pic still shows up in my "connections" page).
but i'm curious...her first message was very nice...the thumbnail looks good (from what i can see). so i email her yahoo address. we learn abit about eachother. she say she was born in the states. grew up in the UK. now resides in the same state as me in a city an hour or so away. she's modeling right now in nigeria...but is coming back home in one week. she plans to quit modeling.
we've exchanged 7-8 long emails in the last 2 weeks or so. and she's coming back home in one week. and wants to meet me when she gets back. no signs of typical scams...like mentions of money or tragedy or anything like that.
the thing that makes me suspicious is that her grammar is a bit off every once in a while...she's fallen for me far to quickly...she attributed some said things to me that i never said...one email contained a portion of stuff that was plagarized and used as her own...
what do you guys think? should i meet this person? or will that just wind me up in a body bag?

Henry_Renner @ yahoo.com in the us Army do to retires in a couple of months...lol. I have found a few other names for him like Brian Cameron of Air Force was do to retire in aug 2011...wow didnt know you could do all that...what a joke. Like all the other vultures that are trying to scam people he ask for a carepackage since he had no family to send him one, and almost fell for until he asked for NBA jerseys and a cell phone contract because his was broke. He is in Kabul,af supposedly and I guess they don't have phones there...right. Well I told him I could not afford to do that and he said that was fine. But wanted to know if he could send his luggage over to me before he came home with all his prized possessions, now I have only talked to this guy for a week or so, would you send your prized possessions to someone you just met,,,,,nope not I and I'm not going to send mine to anyone that I just meet. This guy is currently on match.com and I'm sure other sites. Azlove is his match.com and is very good looking. Be careful ladies he is good.

Another example of a Nigerian Dating Scam Attempt Letter. This is from their first email. They attempt to get you connected to them via IM or external email, because they know that their account will soon be closed...

"Hi Dear
Hi Dear!!

How are you doing at the moment, I hope you doing good and the weather is treating you well, Have you found your lover? If you are still searching,i would like to know more about you and what motivates you? What makes your heart leap with passion? Love? Joy? I find your intelligence very exciting. Your profile drew me in and captivated me as well. I am ready willing and able to venture forth on a journey that will leave the past behind while preserving the best memories and forgiving the ones that were hurtful and usually and unintentional. I live life one day,one hour, one moment at a time. I want and need the healing power of love physically emotionally and spiritually. I live as if time were on fire and i believe that everyday of the right relationship should be treated like the first day of our honeymoon. I want to share what I have with one special man who will appreciate that i have a deep capacity to love that needs to be filled and fulfilled. We can't keep it unless we give it away. I am writing these thoughts as the flow into my head and my sense is that they are coming directly from my heart. I'm feeling very peaceful now and this seems like the appropriate place to stop.If for some reason we happen not to be right for each other,i wish you the best in your search. I wish you continued passion and an exciting lover to keep your fire burning. I appreciate and admire your intensity. You can hit

That sounds a lot like the guy that tryed to get money from me, except he had a big contracting job in south africa and he would be there for a year and wanted to take me with him. He had all kinds of things go bad first his mom died the day he was leaving and then the airlines lost his lougege and all his money and cards and laptop abd phone was in there and he was now stranded in south africa. So of course he wanted money to get the contracting job and to get home to go to his moms funaral, he wanted 3000$ I told him I didnt have it he said 800 $ would do the job I could western union it to a hotel to someone that worked at the hotel named sunday imod or something like that and not to him (Robert Steve Jeff) He got more and more mad every time told him no and tryed to lay a gilt trip on me . He would email me all kinds of real and sometimes not so real looking forms to try to prove who he is but not his passport or id or anything like that. Watch out for a Robert Steve Jeff on match or yahoo. There sure is a lot of evil people out there and i would not want to be them when they are standing before god. Stay strong, they will get there's in the end.

I got caught up in the online scamming for 3 days. Thank God I had some common sense. I had never been on dating sites before, so was clueless to the scammers. The guy that tried to scam me is named Michael Moore on Match.com . He claims he is half English and Half French. Without going into details since all their ploys seem the same, just be aware of this guy. The first red flag for me was that he gave me his San Francisco home address, but it was non-existant. I could never find him anywhere on the internet, yet he is suppose to be a Gen Sub Contractor who builds bridges and roads. Had me going for 3 days.....WHAT A RIDE. Now I laugh, but it is sad that some are actualy taken advantage of financially. Today, he asked me to go buy him a IPhone cause he was flying out in the morning for West Africa to do a two week job and his current IPhone would not work in Africa and he was so exhausted trying to get ready for his flight. Sounded so fishy to me. Why would he need me to buy him an IPhone and I live two hours away from him. If he is so wealthy and has family and friends, let them go get his phone for him. He was good though, but I was smarter.

Yep, Match.com ! I was also almost scammed, too! First, stay away from the younger ones. All they want to do is get you on yahoo's IM because there is no email trace. I did IM this person. I say person because you really don't know who you're chatting with. Anyway, her profile said she was from Philadelphia, PA, so I thought, OK, if she is a scammer, the US will go after her. I finally got her to say where she was from on the IM. Guess where. Ghana! So, I knew at that point it was a scam because through the entire chat, she always used lower case letters, you couldn't hardly understand her English (she spelled cheat as chet).
I finally said, I had to go, then looked up Ghana scams. Sure enough, I was right. Then, I tried to get back into my account, and Match.com let this person change my email address, password and username. I can't get back into my account. To top it all off, you have to call Match.com to ask for a refund, but they won't accept calls on Saturday....WTF? I've sent several emails to Match.com explaining the situation. Their responses were to clear my cookie cache.....lol and call them for a refund. The thing is, I've only been on there ONE day!!!!!
MY advice. Anyone overseas is a scammer because the government won't go after them. I tried to report another scammer from Russia on the FBI's IC3 unit, but they did nothing. If you send them money, you will never get it back!

My experience with Mach.com is a scam when you are not a member then you get more than 10 letters a day as soon as you are a member no mail or even answers so my meaning is this is a scam as soon that they have your money they do not care they same with xxx dating they are all the same.
