Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD)

Current Situation: Continuous/Connected fractures/faults where total losses are encountered. Currently trying to rig up the Rotating Head to employ the MPD method and use a certain MW in the annulus (mud capping) and sea water to resume drilling to TD. General question: While MPD, a certain BHA is highly required for the section yet avoids me from pumping coarse LCM into the loss zones; accordingly well commander (circulation sub) is used to pump coarse LCM. However, cement plugs are required to completely cure the losses after spotting and squeezing the LCM, thus after drilling a certain loss zone, I have to POOH and RIH with an open-end string to pump cement. But what if, during total losses, a gas kick is encountered? How can i control the well before I POOH? Is it possible to POOH with the kick in hole?
