Value of hydrostatic pressure test and magnetic scan inspection

I am trying to find some information on the actual monetary value of performing a hydrostatic pressure test on a production flowline, and/or performing a magnetic scan inspection.
My company performs both of these, and we are attempting to educate our customers on a "dollars and cents" value. I have looked at many case studies, term papers, web sites trying to find anyone that has been able to locate some verifiable research.
Does anyone know a direction to point me in, or a link to find some reliable market data on the value of these two practices?
