The Cameron blow out preventor did NOT work!
By Dwight Baker
Drilling for oil and gas has always presented dangers galore. The dangers start when rigging up and do NOT stop until the hole drilled is plugged or casing tubing is set with a control wellhead with valves installed.
Now, during that time from start to finish the most dangerous time that can come along is when gases compressed by the depth of the rock gets drilled into comes rushing out.
