None of them will. They will settle out a plead deal, more than likely get charged with a midemeanour. And maximum penalities for that are $200k or 0.0007% of "EXPECTED" 2013 generate revenues.

Our laws need teeth up to and including the death penalty. If we had the death penalty for certain economic crimes maybe some of the wall street sociopaths would think twice before looting our economy again.

The politicians are more worried about carbon credits and impractical new 'environmentally' friendly ideas than regulating/penalizing the abusers of the technology/science we use daily. That and a few lobbyist 'bribes' for the oil industry doesn't hurt.

No, get Cheney first, and with every news agency in existance there to record his arrest. Maybe it'll give him a heart attack and we'll all get to see what he has coming to him.

If this was a criminal probe from the get go they could've/should've issued search warrants for ANYTHING related to that well and the processes they used.

When exactly did they destroy those simulations under whose order? You arrest that person you might get a corporate manager to think twice about giving an order like that.

But then again, ironically Haliburton/energy related after years of appeals Aurthur Andersen employees were excused to the massive shredding of Enron documents.
