looks like they rather spend 2.3 million on lawsuits rather than on hours for employees

Office Depo still has a huidge problem in overcharging customers for products.I have just experienced this 2 times within 10 days, they are not correcting the problem.I am now boycotting thier store as a result.they also sell defective high ticket items & products and do not replace them.Office Depo leaves a lot to be desired.

It's Office DEPOT...not office depo. Your spelling leaves a lot to be desired.

****Could that be indicative of the type of people "De-po" deems noteworthy of day-today interaction with customers? Scary.

I used to work for OD. We all know it's all about the $$$.All these companies could care less about customer service. If this wasn't true the Big Boys up in Corp. would follow the old addage" it takes money to make money", thus putting payroll back into the already existing stores in the form of "associates" and Quit opening up new stores & saturating the heck out of the office supply business!!! In more ways than one , everytime a new store opens somewhere, your store is paying the expense for it!! I've been around this stuff for a long time & in many positions, including management so I know more than I want to know about how it works.(Scarey)
