yep, as predicted, state revenues have fallen off the cliff, the bond rating for ct has been lowered to negative, so we cannot borrow ourselves out of this mess. the legislature knew this would happen, but were afraid politically to make the hard choices. well ,again as predicted, the hard choices are happening. the money losers will have to be cut down to size. this means the state employee count, the uconn medical center(which is bleeding money as fast as it can be transfused)will have to disappear, alomg with its obscene salaries. it comes down to no money, tough.

Prediction,

No Employees unionn or management will be laid off this year or next but after that who knows.

Rell should fire Moody but she does not have the intelligence, fortitude or intgrity to perform her duty.

Likely the economy with strenghten and the budget will be cut down probably by reducing road and education grants to cities and towns.

As far as the right wing nutcase fantasies about huge slashes to the State Payroll just dream on.

Daily Horoscope for December 3

Capricorn

With dark Pluto under pressure in your sign, this rather grave mood has been colored by the current state of a relationship. It isn't going as well as you would like, probably because you're feeling distanced. It's an inward-looking phase, full of obstructions, but best not to worry about things that might never happen, nor to stew about problems that are little more than ancient history. It's the festive season, so raise the cup of kindness and help those less fortunate than yourself.
