Office Depot re-elects board of directors, including CEO Odland

Office Depot shareholders Wednesday re-elected the Delray Beach company's board of directors, including CEO Steve Odland whose seat had been challenged until last week by a shareholder group.

Levan should be managing his bankrupt homebuilder (Levitt) or his near bankrupt bank (Bank Atlantic) instead of wasting time at the ODP shareholder meeting.

So... some 'shareholders are unhappy with Office Depot's results and stock price and demand quick improvement in those areas' eh? Get real!

In a down economy with large cutbacks and layoffs in most segmets of the marketplace, what in the world do these 'shareholders' expect?

Levan is complaining about the company performance???? Give me a break!!! He bankrupted Levitt and will do the same for Bank Atlantic. Layoffs of several hundred employees every year, and he complains...
