Settlement deal between St. Martin Center, fired employee ends criminal theft probe
A local nonprofit that fired one of its employees after more than $6,000 was stolen from the agency has recovered its money and is no longer pursuing criminal charges in the case.

i like that they came to an agreement, and won't prosecute, just hope they are smart enough to not re-hire this employee!
