I'm okay with this ~~~

Weekley looks a lot like Walter Budzyn. I never believed Budzyn's story and I don't believe Weekley's either. I just don't believe grandma jumped off the couch and grabbed his assault weapon causing it to discharge. Twelve dedicated whited people might just go for it though.

I cannot imagine the horror of that night that Grandmother went through. Imagining myself in her shoes I certainly would have jumped off the couch to protect my Grandchildren. I do NOT believe she tried to grab his gun.

This is most plausable. The grandma made an instinctive and predictable move. The officer had his finger on the trigger and jerked back discharging the weapon. The question is, accident or negligence? It becomes negligence when the officer did not follow procedures.
Let the jury decide.
