TransCanada says ConocoPhillips has acquired 50 per cent of Keystone pipeline

“ConocoPhillips is pleased to sign this agreement with TransCanada and take an important step in providing another reliable source of transportation for Canadian crude oil to United States refineries”

TransCanada Corp. and Houston-based ConocoPhillips have finalized an agreement to divvy up responsibility for a major pipeline that will deliver crude oil from Hardisty, Alta. via 680News
