Romney, of course, still refers to "sexual preference", implying choice, rather than "sexual orientation", indicating an intrinsic human condition. And curiously, almost ironically, he mentions it in the same breath as "ethnicity" and "gender".

Romney's response indicates exactly how far he will go on GLBTQ issues in general. He will defend us up to a point (i.e., "But he's capable!"), but he won't stand up and denounce the discrimination. Not enough, Mr. Romney. You're going to have to do better than that.
