New York's famed Per Se Restaurant cited for health violations
As is being reported today, March 4, 2014, by NBC News in New York City, one of the world's most acclaimed restaurants is being cited for gross health violations! Per Se, owned by celebrated chef Thomas Keller, was cited by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for seven violations, five of which are considered critical.

There is a protocol wherein the operator has an opportunity to challenge this report. That has not yet occurred. Therefore one wonders how this report arrived in the hands of NBC before the process was complete ? The listed items are miniscule.
