All I know is that Massey screwed someone out of money that was owed them by Massey in this case and now must pay it. I think that Massey was only doing what they thought they had to do in this case and do not blame them but they got called on it and now must pay. Alot of people think bad of Massey that sould not they are just doing busn the best they can.

when the judges take millions for election above the table.They now could care less how bad it looks. The people of WV have lost faith in our judges.There are a few honorable ones left but not many.This is going on all over the nation.God help us all.

Wv country boy do you work for don and massey? if you don't you need to have your mouth washed out out with soap for talking that way doing bussiness in wv is making a pact with the devil in all areas. hold state needs taking over by fed and placed under a protective state until the system can be cleaned up. sorry thats the way i feel.

How the Hell do you Clean a Dirty Justice System? Organize the voters and vote the Slime out of office . Impeach them if needed after a Federal investigation of the system and connections . Who knows what an investigation might produce ?

Not at all what I was saying was the verdict was wrong but as far as a busn stand point Massey did what they had to. The people put the judges in and threw out the good ones and Blankenship bought that seat and the people of WV just bought it all so who is to blame? I for one vote against anyone he supports and always have and will. As for me I am Union born and raised and will be until I die.

They are not the ONLY one but they rank up there as one of the Dirtiest. There is one copper company south of the border that would give them fierce competition for number one spot .

No they are only ranked number one, because everyone loves to point them out on every tiny thing they do. I'm sure there are many others who fly under the radar.
For instance, my uncle worked for a UMWA mines, and they moved to strike, in Wyoming county back in the late 80s. The UMWA still owes him almost 15,000 in strike pay, along with the workers with him and has still never paid up after pushing for them to go for a better contract; they were already recieving great wages, etc. But political agendas move people, companies and unions alike.
Walmart has some issues as well, all you have to do is research for a few minutes, and you can find companies just as bad if not worse.

Gosh that Don is one fine fellow . "Take my photo and you may get shot". Did he mean that like "shot dead" ? Seems to me that there must be grounds for some charge to be laid if they had a prosecutor with a "backbone" .

State logo best without specifying companies . If used then have to check other industries in order not to show a bias.

Remember have to keep out bias - can't use judges alone - how do you know it's just the judges? So you go with :
