Rehearing sought for overturned $76.3m Massey judgment
“These improper factual findings are especially egregious as applied to Mr. Caperton, who was not represented in nor compensated by the Virginia action”
A bankrupt coal company and its former president urged the state Supreme Court on Thursday to reconsider the recent ruling that stripped them both of a $76.3 million judgment. via Hampton Roads Daily Press

Massey Energy is an uncouth company with a tyrant for a CEO...They believe and practice there business as if there above the law...I hope Mr.Caperton collects every single penny fo this 76 million..

Sad part is , that if he does, the lawyers will probably end up with the major portion of the funds.
