Executive Summary:

Treasure Canyon Enterprises, Inc. holds the mineral rites on 200 contiguous acres of BLM lode claims in the Lights Creek district of Northern Plumas County, CA. Based on geophysical surveys, geologic mapping, and surface and underground sample assays, the claim is estimated to contain in excess of 3.5 million [troy] ounces of gold and gold equivalent minerals. Other precious metals are also present, namely, silver, platinum, palladium and titanium, as well as copper and iron. We are seeking the funding necessary to begin mining operations anew.

The primary tunnel we were working on was lost when the shoring was burnt out during a forest fire in June 2007. We were working mostly one vein that showed the most immediate promise prior to that. We have approximately 25-30 tons of ore stockpiled on the site, ready to go to a mill. We had an agreement in 2006 to ship 100 tons of ore to a mill, however, that was the minimum they would take at the time.

We also have placer deposits on the claims, which, when tested, show 0.5 to 1.0 ounces of gold per yard of material. However, this gold tends to be very fine and requires quality equipment to recover the gold. A large trommel with jigs would be the best way to recover this gold.

We plan on re-entering the tunnel after cleaning it out, widening it and putting into place steel supports for the walls and ceilings. We believe we can get back to the wall we were working within a few days with the proper equipment. In addition, with the proper funding, we can purchase the equipment and hire the people required to begin mining 10 or more tons per day of material. The ore was increasing in quality in the tunnel, and the last assay we had on concentrates from the wall was >29.2 ounces of gold per ton of material. Other minerals, including copper, silver, platinum and palladium also show in the assays.

Treasure Canyon needs the proper funding to become operational again. We are asking for a minimum of $2.0 million through $20.0 million as a loan or investment. If you are interested in working with Treasure Canyon Enterprises, Inc., please send me information on your company or investment capabilities so that I might forward said information to our board president, who will then work directly with you to negotiate this venture.
