Zimbabwe retreats on black ownership

ZIMBABWE may water down a demand that foreign companies hand over majority stakes in their local operations to black investors, asking instead that they sell 15 per cent holdings and invest in social programs.

And the profits go where? South Africa just halted construction of a 200 million estate for Mugabe's private pilot. How did he get all that money? And that while electricity in Zimbabwe fails, universities are not functioning well, people live in poverty, roads are potted, endangering any traffic, etcetera.
